Gibbon Station (Koh Paor) patrol unit intercepted a man on motorcycle carrying a suspicious blue bag. At the view of the rangers the man twhow the bag and escaped into the forest. In the bag the ministry of environment officials found a critically endangered pangolin (4.8Kg). The animal was in good health condition and he was released the same night back into the wild.

Our forest rangers work tirelessly to protect some of the world’s most endangered animals in one of Southeast Asia’s last great rainforests.
