The Global Park Defense System (GPDS) anti-poaching team saved two monkeys from the illegal wildlife trade. The poacher was caught on one of the trail cameras installed inside the park. These cameras are strategically placed within the protected area to monitor and intercept illegal activities.
The poacher dropped the bag and ran into the forest
The monkeys were released back into the protected area.
Our forest rangers work tirelessly to protect some of the world’s most endangered animals in one of Southeast Asia’s last great rainforests.
