With 9 species ambassadors to choose from, there is an animal for everyone, from the world’s smallest ape to the most trafficked animal on Earth! The monthly gifts support their second chance at life in peace and comfort. The artworks created by Lucky the elephant are all unique acrylic on canvas and make a fantastic talking point for a wall in any home. Lucky paints as part of her enrichment for her mental wellbeing, only participates when she wants to and receives extra food-based treats for each stroke. Recently, we have refined the curation of the colours, brush sizes and canvases she uses in order to produce beautiful abstract pieces.

Meet Chhouk, one of four elephants at Phnom Tamao Wildlife Rescue Centre. He was found in the forest as a baby with his foot caught in a snare. Chhouk went on to become one of the first animals in the world to be fitted with a prosthetic. Today, he wears a prosthetic shoe, so he can run, swim and play with his big sister, Lucky. He lost his foot but never lost his fighting spirit!
